About the Roles

Due to recent project wins, we are seeking highly skilled, experienced Final Trim Grader & Excavator Operators for a variety of projects in Qld and NSW.

These are full-time, permanent roles where your skills and experience will be recognised and rewarded.

With many projects currently on the go plus more to come, you will bring your expertise to our experienced, collaborative project teams where safety and quality are paramount.

About You

To join our team you will need the following:


  • RII Grader and /or Excavator ticket/s;
  • Minimum of 3 years proven final trim experience - GPS, UTS & free hand;
  • Strong road construction knowledge – TMR/TfNSW;
  • Ability to manage other plant and operators working within your area;
  • Sound understanding of occupational health & safety regulations;
  • Commitment to safety with a track record of safe work practices;
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception;
  • Ability to multitask, and be self-motivated;
  • Be willing to work away from home, within Qld and NSW, and live in shared accommodation;
  • Strong references to back up your experience;
  • Confidence in passing a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test and functional assessment.
