Site-based leadership role responsible for the delivery of a high value, high impact project.
About the role
Working directly under the Project Manager, you will be accountable for coordinating and managing site construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with program, budget, quality, stakeholder and contractual requirements.
This role bridges the gap between project management and engineering leadership, providing strong construction direction to Superintendents, Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that construction methodology, sequencing, productivity and workforce coordination are aligned to project objectives, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational discipline.

About you
Essential
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent;
- 10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure delivery, including leadership of large and complex projects;
- Proven success in managing multiple project teams across varying locations;
- Strong technical, commercial, and contractual acumen;
- Deep understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality compliance;
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Desirable
- RPEQ, CPEng, or equivalent accreditation;
- Business or leadership qualifications;
- Experience with collaborative contracts such as ECI, D&C, or Alliances;
- Familiarity with ISO-certified systems, financial management tools, and project controls platforms;
- Strong mentoring and coaching capability across delivery teams.
