As our business continues to grow, we continue to enhance our compelling customer offering. Leading the Business Development Team, you will oversee and lead the Sales Consultants in effectively nurturing customers through the pipeline and ensure the offering is a consistently positive experience. You will also align efforts with Cm3 strategic priorities and identify opportunities to enhance commercial outcomes.
Some of the tasks include:
- Actively manage the sales pipeline to generate leads and convert alongside the team
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to support with pipeline management
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless client handover
- Ensure CRM updates are accurate and timely to support pipeline visibility and tracking
- Identify and devise targeted plans to support expansion into industry verticals
- Contribute content and insights to Marketing for campaign and collateral development
Some of the skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role (preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment)
- Demonstrable experience in meeting sales targets while supporting a team
- Experience in leading a sales pipeline from lead generation to close and conversion
- Strong ability to coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve an outcome
- High level interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and engagement
