You will be at the forefront of building new business, engaging with new customers and bringing to life a tailored offering and value add approach. With a strong focus on Work, Health & Safety (WHS) contractor and risk management, you will be building a strong pipeline of leads to grow new business using your expertise to deliver a compelling offer.
Tasks of the role:
- Identify opportunities for business growth to convert leads within the defined market
- Develop a strong pipeline across industry and verticals to ensure the achievement of targets
- Virtually approach and build relationships with potential customers
- Maintain and update CRM on new business activities to support with reporting
- Implement activities based on Cm3 strategy and monitor progress
- Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with clients as required
- Support at a local level relevant planned marketing and technical campaigns
Some of the skills required:
- 5+ years’ experience in a BDM or Sales role within a SaaS environment
- Proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presence
- Competency and comfort with cold calling and generating new business
- Experience with CRM tools (eg Pipedrive, SalesForce)
- Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers at all levels
- A forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customers
- High level written and verbal communication
- Understanding of WHS/Risk Management principles, and familiar with Contractor Management processes
- Experience with responding to tenders advantageous
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the Cm3 office located in Southbank.
