The Opportunity:

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Pillar Valley

You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing stand by support with personal care
• Experience with power wheelchairs
• Assistance and support with activities outside the home environment
• Assistance with meal preparation and domestic activities

What shifts are we offering?

Monday 830-330pm 

Other days as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
• Drivers License, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
• At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
• NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
