The Opportunity:
The People and Culture Business Partner provides strategic HR partnership and leadership coaching to drive commercially sound decision making across the complete employee lifecycle. This role also serves as Claro’s culture and engagement champion, modelling our values and guiding broad P&C activities to enable high performance and an engaging employee experience.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Drive change processes, organisational development and design; and projects and implement initiatives
- Offer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions
- Manage workplace relations issues, lead investigations and make commercially sound recommendations
- Implement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
- Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building
- Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives, monitor employee experience, and contribute to a positive workplace
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years in HR/People & Culture roles, with demonstrated business partnership
- Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance
- High organisational skills with attention to detail

- Evidence of current work rights in Australia
