The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Enquiries Officer to support our new client acquisition and growth goals. As the Enquiries Officer you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and will communicate clearly, thoughtfully and in an informed manner to determine the suitability of new leads.
This role is essential in triaging new enquiries, responding in a timely manner, providing accurate data entry and insights and delivering high quality leads to our business development team for conversion. You’ll work closely with the Senior Enquiries Officer and report to the Marketing & Communications Manager, providing collaborative insights on lead source and quality for the optimisation of our lead generation campaigns.
This role would be perfect for someone with lived experience of working within the disability support industry, who has supported a friend or family living with disability, or who has navigated the system for their own supports. Clear, compassionate and informed communication is key when speaking to our prospective clients, so too is a passion to help others and see positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Access and address new enquiries within a timely manner.
- Assess new enquiries against set criteria to determine viability.
- Coordinate meetings (video, phone or via written communication) to qualify or disqualify new opportunities.
- Accurately capture prospective client information.
- Create, maintain and manage new leads in CRM, ensuring accuracy of data and prompt follow-up at all stages.
- Observe filing process, file maintenance and naming conventions for all records.
- Maintain records of disqualified leads for analysis.
- Contribute to marketing meetings providing insights into lead quality via channel, reasons for disqualification and suggestions as how to improve the lead generation process.
- Ad-hoc marketing & business development support as required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Lived experience working within the disability industry, supporting individuals with disability, or coordinating your own disability supports.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, particularly dealing with sensitive information.
- High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce preferable) and data management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to think several steps ahead to achieve the best outcome for prospective clients and Claro.
