The Opportunity:

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Support Worker located in the Woodcroft area to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs.), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain

Shifts available:

  • There are multiple morning, afternoon and active night shifts available
