About the Role 

Our client located in Cooma requires a support worker with experience in personal care, and assistance with daily living:

• Complex Personal Care assistance including bowel care and supporting with daily hygiene
• Manual handling including using hoist transfers
• Providing support in everyday activities around the home including meal assistance & domestic duties
• Catheter Care

Shifts Available:

• Week 1 Wednesday 4pm-7pm  
• Week 2 Wednesday 8am-7pm & Thursday 8am-7pm

About You 

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be: 

• Knowledgeable & passionate about supporting individuals with complex personal care
• Manual Handing skills including experience in hoist transfers
• Skills in bowel care preferred, with the ability to work autonomously
• NDIS Clearance, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR 
• Minimum Cert III qualification (i.e. Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability) is essential
