The Opportunity: 

We’re looking for an inspiring Area Manager to lead our Western Australia services. This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.

Supported by our State Operations Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

 Please note this is a Maternity Leave Cover Fixed Term Contract

What You’ll Do:

  •  Oversee daily operations across Western Australia, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care 
  • Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and satisfaction 
  • Support the development and review of care plans and documentation 
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care — ideally within NDIS 
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable 
  • A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support 
  • Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams 
  • Knowledge of current trends and changes in the health and disability sectors 
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a collaborative approach

Additional Requirements: 

  • Current National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of valid work rights in Australia
  • Australian Drivers licence
