Disability Support Worker – Woodcroft (Part-Time)

Claro is a leading NDIS-registered provider with over 30 years of experience supporting independent living across Australia. We’re seeking a dedicated Community Disability Support Worker in Woodcroft to assist a client with daily living tasks and community participation.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and transport to activities. Shifts include weekday mornings, weekend evenings, and passive overnight.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid, CPR, Police Check
  • 1+ year of support work experience

The Opportunity:

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Woodcroft (Permanent Part Time)

You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation


What shifts are we offering?

WK1 0700-1100 x2 Tues

WK2 0700-1100 x2 Tues

WK2 1700-2300 + passive overnight Fri

WK2 1500-2300 Sun

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
  • Drivers License, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
