The role will be required to undertake high‑quality analysis of financial and performance outputs, develop and produce reporting documents, and produce reports and briefings that bring together insights that strengthen decision‑making across CHW and ensure accountability for outcomes.

The opportunity

This role is a key member of the Business Planning & Performance Team which has specific responsibility to develop, improve and implement CHW’s long-term, whole-of-organization strategy - More than Water – 2040 Strategy’ (2040 Strategy) including through development and facilitation of key corporate documents, analysis and insights of internal and external outcomes and outputs, and the reporting and monitoring on overall performance against CHW business objectives.

Over the next 24 months, additional key focus areas for the team will include analysis and insights into customer touchpoints and survey outcomes, and delivery of CHW’s Pricing Review 28 (PR28) program.

Critically, this role will be responsible for entering and analysis of financial and performance data collated into the Pricing Review excel template model. The role will bring a high level of attention to detail, advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and be able to capture them plainly and clearly. It also involves working on several projects concurrently, requiring excellent time management and self-organisation.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of business focused analysis, financial and performance business reporting, strategic advice and support across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and proficiency with project management principles and practices, in particular scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, and knowledge of and experience with project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal customers ensuring that project needs and requirements are met, as well as developing positive and productive relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
