The opportunity
The position will provide expert strategic communications and engagement advice and support the organisation to drive innovation and improvement through all communications and engagement activities. The primary objectives of the position are to:
- Provide expert communications and engagement advice and support to the organisation to ensure that CHW maximises communication and engagement through the lens of our 2040 Strategy.
- Ensure and build the reputation of CHW with our customers, community, stakeholders, and partners.
- Support the organisation to drive innovation and improvement in all communications and engagement.
About you

This means you care deeply about the physical and psychological safety of people so that our team return home in great shape at the end of the day.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Relevant qualifications, experience, specialist knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver communications and engagement programs along with innovative, integrated campaigns that leverage digital and traditional channels.
- Demonstrated ability to produce and deliver an influential and persuasive range of written materials for internal and external audiences and stakeholders for both digital and traditional channels.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with issues management (planned and unplanned) whilst influencing community perception and strengthening customer trust.
- Proven ability to develop, manage and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
