Technology Operations Manager

• Partner with vendors, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver robust, secure and sustainable technology solutions

As our ideal candidate, you will be:

• An experienced Operations manager who can balance hands-on technical knowledge with the ability to lead, motivate and get the best out of your team.
• Skilled at building capability, fostering accountability, and creating a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
• Adept at stakeholder engagement, aligning and balancing solutions and delivery to priority needs for both the business and end users
• Confident managing technical delivery, vendor performance and service standards.
• A clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and keep the business future-ready
