You’ll work in the heart of our Business Solutions team, maintaining and enhancing Christchurch Airport’s business systems – especially TechnologyOne, our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Application, but also Microsoft 365 tools. Your work will make a tangible impact on how our people operate every day, keeping our critical systems healthy, data flowing, and users well supported.

What you’ll be doing

  • Being the go-to person for day-to-day support of our TechnologyOne ERP platform and other applications
  • Troubleshooting issues, supporting users, liaising with Vendors and internal stakeholders to keep things running smoothly
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement through process and system enhancements, supporting upgrades and testing, and improving workflows
  • Supporting business reporting needs with dashboards and data analysis
  • Working with end users to improve adoption and provide training and documentation
  • Supporting projects and technology initiatives with functional expertise

What you’ll bring

  • Ideally 5 or more years’ experience supporting business systems
  • Experience with ERP/EAM systems (TechOne preferred but not expected)
  • A strong drive to both fix problems and enhance ways of working, improving user experiences and adding value
  • Good understanding of ERP processes, such as financial/ accounting, asset, and property management needs.
  • Great people skills, with the ability to translate tech into practical outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to make systems work better
