What’s the opportunity?

Y Victoria is currently seeking Casual Educators for our School Holiday Programs in Horsham. This is a casual position, with School Holidays shifts that vary across 8.00 am - 4.00 pm.

The hourly rate for the position is between $35 - $39 p/hour (depending on your qualification & experience) + 12% super.

As an School Holiday Program Educator you will be dedicated to empowering young children and have a passion for providing engaging experiences. Supported by the OSHC team and an experienced Coordinator, you will enhance positive relationships with children and families while facilitating our School Holiday programs. You also get to attend fun incursions and excursions and have fun while you work.

What will I need?

  • You’ll need to have either completed or be working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (see the link below) – or willing to enrol in a course
  • You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
  • You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children’s Check – employee check
