OSHC (Outside School Hour Care) are services for families, children and schools across Victoria. Suitable for children aged from five to 12 years old, we offer both before and after school care and school holiday programs.

About the Opportunity 

We have a great opportunity for a Regional Manager who is committed, passionate and energetic and who will be dedicated to empowering educators in inspiring school aged children. As an Operational Leader, you will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting Regions from Bendigo to Yarrawonga (Shire of Moira)
  • Leading a team of Rockstar Coordinators in implementing fun and high-quality programs for children
  • Building strong and positive relationships with school communities and stakeholders 
  • Supporting the growth and development of our OSHC leaders

This exciting key leadership position oversees the daily operations and strategic development of Before and After School Care and School Holiday Programs across a cluster of our services. This is a Full Time Maximum Term (4-5 months) role with a base salary of $93k + super.

What do you need? 

  • Have a completed a Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher 
  • Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR) and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications  
  • A minimum of 2 years multi-site experience in a similar role
