About You

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
• Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
• Promote and advocate good health and treat every child’s health as a top priority

Qualifications required

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
• Employee Working with Children Check

About the centre

YMCA Taylors hill Early Learning Centre is an 84-place Long Day Care service, which also offers kindergarten. We work closely with the local community to ensure that we are providing to highest possible care to all children within our service and situated on the same grounds as Taylors Hill Primary school Our vibrant Early Learning Centre incorporates modern and progressive teaching practices, which embeds the Early Learning Years Framework. Working in alignment with YMCA Victoria's philosophy, our ELC setting prides itself in teaching a calm and structured learning environment where children are exposed to high-quality education.
