  • Drive Meaningful Change: With a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, Victorian Early Years Framework, and the Education and Care National Regulations and Act, you’ll be empowered to implement improvements that enhance the quality of our services.

This role is a Permanent Full time position, however we are open to consider Permanent - Max term (2 years). We are happy to offer a relocation package for the right candidate looking to move to Bendigo.

Alternatively, this role might suit the prospect of job sharing.

What do you need?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood/Children’s Services or similar
  • First Aid & CPR certification, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications

About the Centre

Lightning Reef ELC is a single storey 115-place centre, co-located with a primary school and maternal health rooms. Aligned with Y’s philosophy, our service prides itself on fostering and enhancing children’s learning through play, while also providing our community with high quality care and education.

The Centre is undergoing exciting change and will be introducing new models with a greater educator to child ratio to help meet the diverse needs of our community and best support the successful applicants.

With significant School Readiness Funding, we support our educators in providing exceptional education and care. 

Lightning Reef Centre is open from 6.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
