About the Opportunity
The Y Victoria is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager who is committed, passionate and energetic and who will be dedicated to empowering educators in inspiring school aged children. As an Operational Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting services across Melbourne’s North and West
- Regular in-person engagement with your teams to provide guidance, support, and accountability
- Leading high-performing Coordinators to deliver fun, safe, high-quality programs children love
- Building trusted relationships with school leaders, families, and community partners
- Coaching and developing OSHC leaders to grow confident, capable teams
This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for the operational performance and future growth of our Before and After School Care and School Holiday Programs across a cluster of services, paired with hands-on leadership that supports, guides, and strengthens teams on the ground.
This is a full time role with a base salary of $113,231 + super.

OSHC (Outside School Hour Care) are services for families, children and schools across Victoria. Suitable for children aged from five to 12 years old, we offer both before and after school care and school holiday programs.

What do you need?
- Have a completed a Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR) and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years multi-site experience in a similar role
