Calibre has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Project Engineer to join a high-performing team at our Perth CBD Office. As a Senior Project Engineer at Calibre, you will join a multidisciplinary project team working on a sustaining capital project for a tier 1 mining client. In this, you will be working on a large-scale and complex mining asset with a focus on water-related scopes of work while taking on initial key deliverables such as:

• Develop and implement project controls, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Write reports and scopes of work, and develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor progress and identify potential problems with respect for budgets, schedules, and engineering standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, and provide estimating scheduling, and reporting.
• Provide stakeholder management and maintain positive client relationships through conducting work in a professional and productive manner.

Thrive with us! We hope you’ll bring

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in project engineering
• Experience within Mining, engineering design, and sustaining capital project environments.
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment and foster good relationships.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
