Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

The Role:

Working as part of an integrated client and delivery team, you'll have the chance to be part of an iconic WA closure project. This position will ensure a standardised reporting on PowerBi and tracking process to support the project.

  • Build data pipeline using Power Automate workflows (or other ETL tools) to automate reporting
  • Develop reporting templates and manage the end-to-end reporting processes
  • Collect and analysis of progress data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis from Contractors to support timely reporting
  • Develop flexible and strong reporting processes to ensure data integrity for reports produced and support changes to reporting scales.
  • Facilitate continual improvement initiatives through sharing of lessons learned

Thrive with us! We hope you'll bring:

  • Experience working in a Senior Reporting Officer role and developing project reporting for a wide range of projects / portfolio
  • Experience and working knowledge of SAP, CMS, Primavera and Power BI and data analytics software
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
  • 5+ year of experience working in the mining or resources industry in Project Execution Phases
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Sound understanding of enterprise risk management (including critical control) principles and practices
