Joining our Mining & Infrastructure business as a Project Manager, you will take on a role with a focus on tendering and assisting us to further grow our business. This will see you taking on the responsibility of leading the bidding process to grow our existing project portfolio and then consequently managing the project and team performance. You will be a key client contact to support all project bidding endeavours while taking on responsibilities such as:
- Work with our proposals team and drive the bidding and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and support project bidding endeavours, coordinate the outcomes and ensure the proposals are submitted on time and in line with the client’s expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external clients, while seeking to understand the client’s culture to manage the relationships accordingly.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand the scope of service offerings on projects and within a client’s program of work.
The technical knowledge available from our subject matter experts, and our long history in successfully delivering projects will allow you to leverage a wealth of historical data and knowledge for your bids and tenders.
Thrive with us! We hope you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering background.
- Experience working as a Project Manager in an EPCM delivery setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing study and design projects within the mining industry.
- Commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in leading bidding activities and managing risks.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with experience in negotiations and building productive client relationships.
