Why you should choose us

We have many boomerang employees at Calibre – people that leave and return. We also have some Designers who have been with us for more than 8 years. People genuinely enjoy working at Calibre.

Most of our team have worked with each other previously on projects of similar scope and magnitude, so you'll be joining a capable and cohesive team. You’ll be supported by a Design Manager and a friendly team of Designers / Engineers.

Want to be part of a group that strives to deliver on our promises, and is respected for that? We’re big enough to deliver incredible work at scale, but still small enough for it to mean so much more.

We turn knowledge into value for our clients. Calibre Mining & Infrastructure is a trusted advisory and engineering services provider to the WA resource sector. With a successful track record of over 20 years in the design and execution of $30bn+ in projects, our comprehensive capability covers the entire project life cycle.
