How would you like to make valued contributions to engineering / design outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects – some with a total investment cost of up to $250M?

You’ll get to work on a project portfolio that provides exposure to a variety of design scenarios including rock breaker upgrades and NPI Infrastructure (MEM Workshops, AN Facilities, HV/LV wash areas, Laboratories).

We’ll be asking you to provide produce drawings and undertake design work whilst:

  • Being mentored and supervised by Senior Designers.
  • Liaising daily with Project Managers, Designers and Engineers.
  • Ensuring compliance with Calibre, industry and client standards.
  • Managing your own time to ensure deliverables are met across various projects.
  • Identifying and reporting on any potential deviations from agreed scope of works.

Calibre has successfully delivered projects for all the big mining operators, with tailored services across asset management, replacement, refurbishment and brownfield expansions. This has enabled them to sustain and expand their operations.

Thrive with us! We hope you'll bring    

  • Advanced Diploma, Diploma or Associate Degree.
  • Proficiency with MicroStation and 3D modelling.
  • Electrical design experience gained in a sustaining capital or consulting setting.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with your team.
  • A keen eye for detail, good time management and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Current right to work in Australia.
