Calibre has an opportunity for an experienced OT Cyber Security Specialist to provide their subject matter expertise to Calibre’s existing clients and contribute toward expanding Calibre’s current OT cyber security portfolio. In this role, you will take on responsibilities such as:
- Work with Calibre’s existing clients to assess their existing systems, installations, and sites.
- Work with Calibre’s existing clients to set Security Level Targets that meet the client’s requirements.
- Develop cyber security programme of works and detailed OT cyber security analysis reports.
- Work with the internal automation, systems, and communications teams to ensure that new systems' cyber security vulnerabilities are mitigated and reduced.
- Provide input to bids teams regarding the methodology, cost, and schedule for the required cyber security works.
- Develop OT cyber security policies and procedures for clients.
- Develop and present general and focused OT Cyber Security Education programs.
Thrive with us! We hope you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in ICS/OT cyber security, industrial control system design, and industrial networks.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with IEC62443 and designing, maintaining, and supporting cyber security management systems.
- Current IEC 62443 certification will be an advantage.
- Strong experience and background in control systems security with relevant experience in a technical or consulting environment.
- Ability to organise and facilitate security risk assessment workshops and develop reports.
- Experience deploying or supporting security practices and technologies such as risk or vulnerability assessments, antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, centralized alert logging and monitoring in ICS environments.
- Ability to analyse and suggest recommended improvements to the industrial control system configurations, applications, systems, and networks to meet security-level requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via technical and non-technical documentation.
