With onshore teams across Australia, we’ve partnered with more than 200 organisations across start-ups, commercial, enterprise and government.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially savvy Delivery Lead who is trusted by both clients and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes, reduce delivery risk, and uphold Cevo’s consulting standards. You will bring deep expertise in delivery leadership and client engagement, demonstrating strong consulting capability and taking ownership of engagements end-to-end. You will provide direction and oversight to engagement teams, ensuring alignment to customer goals and adherence to Cevo’s delivery standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex, multi-stream delivery engagements and transformation programs end-to-end
  • Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for client engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations are met
  • Act as the primary delivery interface with clients, influencing stakeholders at executive and working levels
  • Apply agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes
  • Lead or support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives (infrastructure, application, or platform)
  • Detect emerging scope creep early, quantify delivery and financial impacts, and drive structured change control
  • Own executive-level status reporting, including RAG health indicators, financial tracking, RAID management, and proactive escalation of delivery risks
  • Shape proposal and RFx commercials and team constructs in collaboration with Technical Principals and Managing Consultants
  • Contribute to the evolution of delivery practices, frameworks, and governance standards within the organisation

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in delivery leadership roles within technology, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Proven track record managing complex engagements across cloud, data, or enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Experience working within or contributing to structured delivery frameworks and governance models
  • Strong commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, ensuring financially disciplined delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage client relationships with confidence
  • Proven experience leading difficult or commercially sensitive client conversations, including scope negotiation and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Practitioner-level cloud certifications (AWS) with practical experience supporting migration and modernisation programs
  • Strong working knowledge of delivery tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
