What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing a strong and approachable safety presence
• Delivering exceptional customer service to the public
• Assisting with directions and general enquiries
• Managing and de-escalating conflicts professionally
• Supporting crowd control and access operations
• Working closely with a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Need

• Current QLD Security Licence (Crowd Control & Unarmed)
• Valid Driver Licence
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Ability to obtain Rail Category 3 Medical Clearance
• Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
