Job Impact

At Certis, safety and wellbeing aren’t compliance exercises — they’re critical enablers of performance. We’re seeking a Workplace Safety Culture Lead to embed a proactive, people‑first safety culture across our Sydney Airport operations.

This is a highly visible, frontline role where you’ll coach leaders in real time, influence behaviours, and ensure physical and psychological wellbeing are built into daily operations — without compromising throughput.

About the role

• Coach frontline leaders to embed safety as a core leadership capability
• Deliver and embed the Certis Spark Program to strengthen psychological safety
• Drive a prevention‑led, performance‑based approach to safety
• Reinforce positive behaviours through CIRCLE Walks and Good Catch recognition
• Leverage innovation (wearables, dashboards, analytics) to improve safety outcomes

About you

• Qualified in WHS, Safety Leadership, Organisational Psychology or similar
• Experienced in high‑volume, regulated environments (aviation / transport / critical infrastructure)
• A credible, hands‑on coach who can influence behaviour at the frontline
• Strong understanding of psychosocial safety and contemporary WHS reform
