Job Impact

At Certis, our purpose is to make our world safer, smarter, better. We’re seeking an Organisational Development Lead to deliver leadership, capability and engagement initiatives across our Sydney Airport contract — supporting one of Australia’s most complex and high‑profile aviation environments.

This is a hands‑on role focused on frontline leadership capability, employee experience and operational performance, working closely with operational leaders to translate strategy into practical, scalable outcomes.

About the role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Sydney Airport, with a dotted line to the Vice President – Culture & Capability, you will:

  • Deliver and continuously improve organisational development initiatives across the Sydney Airport contract
  • Embed structured leadership pathways for frontline leaders, supervisors and managers
  • Strengthen leadership consistency, confidence and capability at scale
  • Lead engagement, recognition and learning initiatives that support retention, wellbeing and performance
  • Oversee delivery of compliance, safety and customer service training using technology‑enabled learning solutions
  • Support change initiatives and continuous improvement using data, insights and feedback
  • Partner closely with People & Culture and operational leaders to align OD outcomes to contract needs

About you

You’re a pragmatic Organisational Development professional who thrives in complex, operational environments. You’ll bring:

  • Qualifications in Organisational Development, HR, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
  • Experience delivering leadership capability and workforce development in regulated, high‑volume settings
  • Demonstrated success uplifting frontline leadership capability
  • Strong background in engagement, culture and change management
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders across operations, people teams and client environments
  • Experience using digital learning platforms and data to measure impact
