As experienced Security Guarding personnel, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across the various sites in NSW and ACT, as well for customers, clients, general public and colleagues. Roles can be located across Retail and Corporate sites across NSW and ACT and be managing:
- Access control
- Respond to incidents
- Site patrols
- Collaborating with your management team as well as the client to ensure we deliver Security Services Safer, Smarter, Better
Your professionalism, empathy, and vigilance will ensure service delivery and operational security without delay or compromise. Your balance of upholding security standards and customer services will see you working with a strong team to deliver their best work!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive security protocols across retail and corporate environments
- Conduct regular site patrols and security assessments
- Monitor and control access points to ensure authorized entry only
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security standards
- Collaborate closely with management teams and clients to exceed service expectations
- Document incidents and maintain accurate security reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and procedures
Essential Requirements
- Current Security License (NSW/ACT)
- First Aid certification
- Proven experience in security guarding or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Physical fitness and ability to conduct regular patrols
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Clean criminal history and ability to pass security clearance checks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
Desired Experience
- Previous retail or corporate security experience
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and security technology
- Customer service background
