From sold-out concerts and major sporting fixtures to high-profile corporate functions, Certis is looking for proactive, customer-focused Events Security Officers to join our elite casual team in Brisbane & Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Certis professionally at a wide range of events
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring public safety
• Conduct security patrols, crowd control, and escort duties
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
• De-escalate conflict situations calmly and confidently
• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

What You’ll Need

• ✅ QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
• ✅ First Aid & CPR Certificate
• ✅ RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Previous customer service or security experience (preferred, not essential)
