About the role

This is a high-volume, compliance-focused People & Culture Advisor role supporting a large, distributed workforce.

You’ll work in the engine room — delivering reliable people transactions that keep frontline teams operating safely, confidently and compliantly.

Your impact

• Employees are onboarded correctly and paid accurately

Every day is different — and every task matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing high-volume employee lifecycle transactions
• Maintaining accurate employee data across HR and payroll systems
• Preparing contracts, variations and employment letters
• Managing licences, visas and compliance records
• Supporting payroll and workforce planning with accurate data
• Managing shared inboxes and workflows
• Providing first-level people advice aligned to policy
• Supporting audits, system checks and data clean-ups

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in HR operations or people administration
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Experience using HR systems and handling employee data
• Understanding of employment compliance
