Job impact

As People Experience Manager, you’ll play a key role in enabling a system-led, data-driven People & Culture function.

You’ll oversee the delivery of people operations processes, ensuring accurate employee lifecycle management, strong governance, and effective use of SAP SuccessFactors to support a consistent employee experience across the business.

About the role

We’re looking for a People Experience Manager to support and improve the way our People Operations function runs across the organisation.

Reporting to the Vice President – Culture & Capability, this role plays an important part in ensuring our people systems, processes and data operate effectively to support a large, distributed workforce.

You’ll work closely with People & Culture, Payroll, IT and business leaders to ensure employee lifecycle processes run smoothly, systems are used effectively, and leaders have access to reliable workforce insights.

About you

• Strong experience in People Operations, HR Operations or HR Systems roles
• Hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central essential)
• Proven capability managing employee lifecycle processes at scale
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance and governance mindset
• Ability to translate data into insights and improve employee experience
