Senior Commercial Analyst

Certis Security is building a high-performing Commercial function—and they need someone who can own pricing, challenge assumptions, and partner closely with Operations to influence real outcomes across major contracts.

This is commercial ownership, stakeholder influence, and strategic impact—with the flexibility of a hybrid work model (2 days from home) based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of pricing and commercial analysis across new and existing business—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability. Develop pricing models for security and aviation screening contracts

Expect to:

• Analyse performance vs costed rosters to identify risks and opportunities
• Support tenders, bids, and contract renewals with detailed commercial insights
• Ensure full compliance with governance frameworks (O2C & Lead to Win)
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to influence decisions
• Support client uprates, contract variations, and pricing reviews
• Deliver reporting on cost-to-serve, profitability, and pricing trends

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial, pricing, or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of labour-based costing (Awards / Enterprise Agreements highly regarded)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
• Experience working with operational stakeholders in complex environments
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
