This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong Employee & Industrial Relations capability who thrives on influencing leaders, solving complex people challenges and driving meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll do:

As a trusted advisor to operational and corporate leaders across our Sydney Airport contract, you'll:

  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.
  • Support organisational change, workforce planning and talent development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice HR processes.
  • Analyse people data and provide insights that support business decisions.

What you'll bring:

We're looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with commercial acumen:

✅ Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, People & Culture Partner or Employee Relations role.

✅ Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.

✅ Experience managing complex employee relations matters.

✅ Ability to influence, coach and build credibility with senior stakeholders.

✅ Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

✅ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
