We are seeking an NV1 Cleared Security Officer for a high-quality concierge-style role located in Perth CBD. This position plays a key role in maintaining a secure, professional and welcoming environment within a corporate setting.

About the role

This role combines security with concierge-style responsibilities. You will be the primary point of contact for on-site staff and visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house presence while upholding security protocols.

The site is centrally located, close to public transport and amenities, offering a stable and supportive working environment.

Job Location: Perth CBD

Contract: Part-Time

Shift Pattern:

• Every Friday: 0700 – 1900
• Every second Thursday: 0700 – 1900
• Additional relief shifts available Monday to Thursday

 Key responsibilities

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting staff and visitors in a professional manner
• Managing access control and maintaining site security protocols
• Monitoring entry points and ensuring authorised access only
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Supporting general front-of-house and administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and incident reports
• Liaising with on-site stakeholders as required
• Ensuring compliance with all security and safety procedures

 About You

• NV1 Security Clearance (essential)
• Current WA Security Licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer literacy and confidence using systems
• Professional presentation and approachable manner
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
• Reliable, punctual and proactive
