To support our growing operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented Raw Materials Allocator to manage the efficient distribution of aggregates, cement, and other key materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and allocate raw materials based on production needs and schedules
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage to prevent shortages or overages.
• Work closely with plant managers and production teams to optimize material flow and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in material handling and storage

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in one or more of the following; materials allocation systems, demand analysis, resource optimization, supply chain systems, inventory management or ERP systems
• Knowledge of raw materials used in concrete production is desirable.
• Future- focused, opportunity-seeking and proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
