If you are a commercially minded service leader who enjoys turning operational data into better customer outcomes, this could be a great next step in your career.

As the DaaS Service Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and governing Cenitex’s Device as a Service offering across its full lifecycle, from procurement and logistics through to repair, refresh and disposal.

In this role, you will help deliver a modern, sustainable and customer-focused device service for government. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams and customer agencies to ensure the service performs strongly against contracts, service levels and cost expectations, while also supporting transparent decision-making through clear reporting and operational insights.

You will be joining a collaborative environment where data, service improvement and stakeholder partnership are central to success. Your work will help agencies better understand fleet usage, plan future device refreshes and improve the overall end-user experience.

What you will be working on:

  • Leading service governance for the DaaS offering, including vendor performance, SLA/OLA oversight and service review activities
  • Using operational and financial data to create meaningful showback reporting for customers, including cost, usage, fleet health and performance trends
  • Turning complex service information into clear insights for a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders and non-technical customer groups
  • Driving better asset visibility and lifecycle planning through reporting, forecasting and CMDB/data quality practices
  • Contributing to service improvements that support cost control, compliance, customer experience and circular-economy outcomes

Let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Strong experience in service operations, service management or IT commercial/service reporting environments
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders, to achieve service outcomes
  • Experience using data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel and service management data sources to support decisions
  • A sound understanding of service performance, asset lifecycle management and customer-focused service improvement
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
