About the role
This is a 12-month full-time fixed term position with a salary range of VPS 5.2 128,635 - $140,849 plus 12% superannuation.
Are you a Dynamics 365 Customer Service specialist who enjoys building practical solutions that make a difference?
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you'll design, develop and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Dataverse and Power Pages.
Your D365 expertise will be at the heart of the role. You'll work on case management solutions, including SLAs, queues, business process flows and escalations, while also contributing to integrations, cloud solutions and DevOps practices.
You'll also have the opportunity to lead development activities, solve complex technical problems and mentor other developers.
Day to day, you will be expected to
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Build and configure D365 case management functionality.
- Develop Power Pages solutions and secure online forms integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
- Design, build, test and review technical solutions.
- Work with developers and stakeholders to deliver solutions across multiple projects.
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve existing applications and solutions.
- Create technical documentation and ensure solutions meet relevant policies and compliance requirements.
- Share your knowledge by mentoring and supporting junior developers.
- Work in an Agile and DevOps environment.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with strong hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including designing, configuring and implementing case management solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud and integration solutions.
- Experience working with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with SLAs, queues, business process flows and escalations.
- Power Pages development, particularly solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience developing, testing and deploying technical solutions.
- A tertiary qualification in ICT, Engineering or a related field.
