About the role 

If you are a creative, motivated and senior technology marketer interested in joining an organisation that works to provide stronger services across government – we want to hear from you! The role will see you: deliver value-driven and strategic marketing activity to bolster customer awareness, understanding and utilisation of our technology services within government.

As the Marketing Lead – Technology Solutions, you’ll contribute to a modern public sector by leveraging your creativity and strategic technology marketing expertise to drive our customer marketing efforts. As a strategic marketer, you’ll deliver the go-to-market customer marketing program, with a specific focus on engaging and retaining our current customers, attracting new customers and broadening our technology footprint. In doing so, you’ll help deliver more technology solutions to drive better outcomes across government – technology that’s delivered by government for government. As a valued member in our customer engagement division, you will leverage your creative marketing and communications experience to develop product or service campaigns and communications. With an eye for detail, you can leverage your relationship building skills to directly influence and uplift the understanding, awareness, engagement and customer experience of our technology portfolio.

What you will be working on: 

  • Delivering our go-to-market marketing campaigns for our technology portfolio
  • Improving how we communicate with our customers regarding our solution offering and delivery
  • Uplifting customer experience with a value-driven approach to drive quantifiable and valuable outcomes for Cenitex, our customers and government more broadly

Let’s talk about you!  

You are someone with: 

  • Commercial technology marketing experience
  • Creativity with a customer experience and value-driven mindset
  • Understanding of current technology and IT solutions, specifically cloud, workplace applications or software, and cyber security
  • Relationship building experience with an appetite to improve ways of working and maximise exchange of value
  • Understanding of government, preferred but not mandatory
