About the role 

Cenitex is seeking a dynamic Talent Lead to take the helm of strategic recruitment initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will optimise recruitment processes using cutting-edge technology, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract, onboard, and retain top talent.

As the Talent Lead, you will also play a pivotal role in enhancing internal recruitment capabilities, developing early careers programs, and advancing our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Leading a high-performing Talent function, you will collaborate closely with the broader People & Capability team to improve service delivery and enhance the employee experience across Cenitex.

What you will be working on: 

  • Empower and coach Talent Advisors to deliver equitable and engaging experiences across the recruitment and onboarding journey
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders regarding recruitment reporting, auditing, and compliance
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and vendors to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions using a data-driven approach
  • A broad array of responsibilities such as Employer Branding, Early Careers Programs, etc.

Let’s talk about you!  

You are someone with: 

  • Prior experience in leading mentoring and developing high-performing recruitment and talent teams, ideally within a government or an IT environment.
  • An extensive experience in managing recruitment operations and implementing inclusive, modern talent acquisition strategies to attract purpose-driven individuals who align with public sector values.
