About the role

The Event Producer and Coordinator will support key stakeholders to guide them by coordinating and producing different types of events, with a focus on the delivery of audio-visual and production elements throughout the event. This role will also manage an in-house venue and will create and edit videos to support communications and marketing plans. 

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to: 

  • Facilitate all aspects of technical event production for a variety of events in-house, including virtual, in-person and hybrid formats.
  • Coordinate and oversee logistics for events, including catering, merchandise, AV equipment and other necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Build relationships across the business to promote use of the in-house venue, and support stakeholders in event planning and execution.
  • Maintain detailed records and files related to event logistics and expenses..
  • Develop and implement guidelines, policies and processes for the use of the in-house space.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in technical event production, AV equipment, MS Teams.- 1-3 years of experience in technical event production, video production
  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite·   
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics management , experience with audio-visual equipment, live audio mixing, camera control, and producing livestreams and hybrid events. producing, filming, and editing videos.
