About the role
The role will see you leading the organisation's risk, audit and compliance function, including developing and improving frameworks and processes, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and overseeing internal audits and risk management in line with the Risk Management Framework.
This is a VPS 6.2 Graded Role with a base salary range of $162,077 - $185,518 plus super.
This is a hands-on role that that will see you:
- Building organisational capability and culture in risk; and partnering with business units to embed best practices
- Collaborating with senior leaders across Cenitex to drive the continual alignment of risk management with organisational delivery, focusing on opportunities to mitigate operational risks
- Providing expert advice on all Risk matters to the Cenitex Board, Executive Leadership Team, Audit and Risk Committee, customer stakeholder and business stakeholders.
- Driving strategic and enterprise programs including fraud prevention and ESG.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Significant Risk Management knowledge and experience in shaping and leading a Risk Management program, experience with VGRMF is beneficial
- Experience in driving risk identification strategies and practices through a program of actions and culture change
- Demonstrated expert advisory on all Risk matters to the Cenitex Board, Executive Leadership Team, Audit and Risk Committee, customer stakeholder and business stakeholders.
