About the role 

This is a fixed-term parental leave backfill opportunity available from August 2026 until February 2028.

As a Talent Advisor, you'll partner with hiring managers across Cenitex to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience. From advertising opportunities and coordinating interviews through to managing offers and supporting successful candidates, you'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent to an organisation that enables technology services across the Victorian Government.

You'll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team focused on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while continuously improving recruitment practices.

What you will be working on: 

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio of roles.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to provide trusted recruitment advice and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinating candidate assessments, interviews, pre-employment screening and employment offers.
  • Managing recruitment governance activities, including conflict of interest declarations and recruitment compliance.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience while managing enquiries through the Recruitment inbox.
  • Supporting the Cenitex Graduate Program through regular engagement and ongoing relationship management.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and innovative attraction strategies that strengthen Cenitex's reputation as an employer of choice.

You are someone with: 

You'll bring experience coordinating recruitment in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders. You're organised, customer-focused and committed to delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment governance and pre-employment screening requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience using recruitment and HR systems (such as LiveHire, HR Onboard or similar platforms) is highly regarded.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
