About the role

The IT Service Centre function plays a fundamental role in establishing Cenitex’s quality of service for internal and external stakeholders. This ongoing role will lead a team of highly motivated, customer focused Analysts who are the first point of contact for our customers.

It is a large team with over 80 staff, however you are supported by a great group of Team Leads and a Workforce planning function. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and motivate the teams
  • Develop the teams across the complex technology landscape we support
  • Work with other leaders in the business to ensure our customers are getting the best customer experience
  • Extend support capabilities and continue to meet and exceed service targets
  • Automate and streamline processes

 If you are a manager that has experience:

  • Successfully managing multiple teams within a multi-channel IT Service Centre environment
  • Growing self-service and shifting knowledge
  • Bridging the gap between internal teams
  • Working within multiple resolutions teams (L1,L2, Vendors, etc.)
  • Cross-skilling teams to grow the service
