About the role
Salary range: $100,894 - $114,476 plus super
The Training Delivery Specialist delivers engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build capability across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilitator who is passionate about helping people learn and grow. In this role, you will deliver face-to-face, virtual and blended learning programs, support new capability initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure training is practical, inclusive and aligned with organisational priorities.
About the role
As the Training Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating learner-centred training programs that support capability development across the organisation. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training across face-to-face, virtual and hybrid formats
- Facilitate workshops, information sessions, coaching and capability programs
- Adapt facilitation approaches to suit participant needs and learning objectives
- Support the rollout of new learning programs and initiatives
- Provide post-training support and guidance to participants and managers
- Contribute to the development of learning resources, facilitator guides and session plans
- Collect and analyse participant feedback to improve learning effectiveness
- Maintain accurate attendance records and training documentation
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and confident facilitator with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and inclusive teaching practices. You will enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders and be able to deliver training that is engaging, practical and responsive to learner needs.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience facilitating adult learning programs in a corporate or government environment
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering virtual training using platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom
- Ability to manage group dynamics and respond to challenges professionally
- Strong planning, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
The following will be highly regarded:
- Relevant qualification in training, education, facilitation or a related discipline
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent
- Experience delivering training in government or a large, complex organisation
