About the role
This is a full-time ongoing VPS 7.1 role with a salary range of $188,297 - $210,891 + 12% Super.
The Cloud Centre of Excellence Service Lead is accountable for directing and managing a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCOE) within the Infrastructure Services division of Cenitex. The CCOE plays a vital role, orchestrating and driving Cenitex’s cloud transformation which provides modern cloud technology solutions that enable vital services to Victorians, and will also:
Job Requirements
- Experience directing and coordinating activities within a complex cloud migration program including migration planning and program governance, with strong technical knowledge and experience working with cloud technologies.
- Solid understanding of platform/product-based delivery and operations, and product management principles.
- Significant track record in developing and leading high-performance cross-functional teams, with proven ability to motivate, inspire and align teams to strategic priorities.
Successful applicant will have the opportunity to:
- Set and articulate a clear strategic direction and priorities for the CCOE.
- Identifying organisational initiatives which will further the adoption of best practices and support cloud transformation, including supporting DevOps operating models within Cenitex.
- Drive organisational change for cloud training and support requirements moving from legacy support to cloud.
- Establish a brand for the CCOE and drive awareness within internal Cenitex teams and with external Cenitex customers and key strategic partners.
- Work with and present to customers and be seen as a trusted advisor and advocate of cloud.
