About the role 

This is a 12 month fixed term role.

The salary range is $100,894.00-$114,476.00 plus superannuation

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of a range of human resource and administrative activities and processes for Cenitex. The position will work collaboratively with all parts of the Human Resources Business Partner team to support an efficient service and consistent approach to the organisation, ensuring strong alignment with the organisational goals.

What you will be working on: 

  • Represent HR Business Partners, Payroll Services and Talent in cross-functional projects and key initiatives, while providing valuable insight from employee feedback to inform and improve processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with People Business Partners, line managers and third-party service providers to manage the renewal process for contract labour engagements.
  • Support line managers and employees by delivering high-quality customer service through effective communication, including interpreting the enterprise agreement, HR policies, procedures and relevant legislation, and providing timely, accurate and practical advice.
  • Undertake HR operational and administrative activities across the employment lifecycle to enhance the employee experience, particularly during onboarding and offboarding.

Let’s talk about you!  

You are someone with: 

  • A certificate IV in Human Resources or tertiary qualification in HR/Business or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in a human resource function
  • Experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) or Federal Government would be highly desirable.
  • An understanding of internal policies and procedures
  • You will bring strong customer service skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
