About the role

This position is responsible for developing strong and lasting strategic Cenitex and customer relationships. The person will understand the technical landscape of Cenitex, the customer base and align strategies. The position assists Account Managers, Customer Portfolio Managers and Service Leads in growing, understanding, and bridging gaps between service offerings and customer needs.

The Senior Strategy Manager also supports strategic project and program activities to ensure alignment with Cenitex direction, product, and service line strategy, and strives to reduce technical and project duplication in a fast-paced complexed environment.

The role will facilitate workshops and undertake strategy development and facilitate customer forums. You’ll work with an innovative and collaborative team of people to improve ICT services to government!

Job Requirements 

  • Key interface with senior stakeholders including executives of new and existing customers and internal stakeholders during the pre-sale and post-sale phases.
  • Key internal contact for Customer Engagement teams at a strategic level to manage workshops to show leadership and gain depth of understanding of our customer base.
  • Use formal and informal channels in a variety of forums to influence customers and internal stakeholders to achieve buy-in and increase uptake of services.
  • Manage and work with Customer Engagement in the development and alignment of sales strategies and pursuit plans.
  • Involvement with key vendors partners to understand and represent technology roadmaps and manage how they strategically fit with Cenitex and customers future.

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to: 

  • Provide oversight and direction by managing the Solution Design function ensuring proposals align to customer outcomes.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts and provides updates to the Service Leads of changes in demand.
  • Contributes advanced expertise and knowledge to identify, capture and analyse customer’s broad business objectives and evolves them into strategic programs of work to meet customer goals.
